Randy has more than 35 years of financial services experience. He believes a key component in the financial advisor / client relationship is in listening to his clients. He feels it enables him to develop financial and investment strategies around client’s goals for long term growth; retirement, education savings, gifting, and charitable distribution; risk management; and estate preservation and multi-generational wealth transfer. Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of North Florida and continues to expand his investment knowledge and portfolio analysis capabilities through ongoing education.

Randy and his wife of over 40 years, Liz, have one son, Shelby, an Eagle Scout, and Virginia Tech. alum. Randy, Liz, and Shelby are also first-degree black belts. During his free time, Randy enjoys spending time with his family at the beach, traveling, biking, or hiking, and shooting sporting clays.

Amanda began her career with Wells Fargo Advisors in June 2015 and joined The Thomas Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors in April 2019. As a former Senior Registered Client Associate, Amanda brings with her a wealth of knowledge on the ins and outs of operations in the financial industry. As a Financial Advisor, her mission is to provide every client with targeted, comprehensive investment advice and portfolio management ideas - delivered with the highest level of personal service and professional integrity.

Amanda is a certified financial planner®. She graduated Valedictorian from University Christian School and graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.

Amanda and her husband, Jason, are Jacksonville natives. They are avid Disney fans, and love to travel. They have a large, orange tabby cat named Oliver.

Carrie began her career in 1986 at E.F. Hutton in Hyannis, MA.  She has been employed at Wells Fargo Advisors since 2012. Carrie has re-joined The Thomas Financial Group of Wells Fargo Advisors after serving 2 ½ years as Branch Support Manager for the Jacksonville and Orlando markets.  Carrie works directly with our clients to address a wide range of administrative requests and offering knowledgeable support. She is client service focused and assists with implementing our client service model through review preparation, scheduling, and existing account maintenance.

Carrie was born and raised in Massachusetts, moving with her son, Maxwell, to Fleming Island, FL in 2004.  Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC. 

Outside of the office, Carrie loves the beach, reading, visiting her large family, and working at her local church.
